The Portland branch of the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine is the headquarters of ICEAM. Portland ICEAM is responsible for all lectures as well as clinical training offered in the Pacific Northwest.

This Institute is run by Dr. Arnaud Versluys personally, assisted by Kumiko Shirai, MS, LAc. The institute offers the Canonical Chinese Medicine Training™ continuously in Portland, OR, rotating through Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolue sequences.

Portland ICEAM also hosts the Annual Zeng Rongxiu Shanghan Lun Conference. The third annual conference is scheduled for April 29 to May 1, 2011. The venue is NW Portland Holiday Inn Express. This year’s conference will comprise of a pre-conference day with multiple international presenters, as well as the weekend seminar with key speaker and Shanghan Lun specialist Dr. Zeng Rongxiu of the Tian Lineage. The afternoon lectures will be given by Dr. Wang Huanan, Shanghan Lun specialist also of the Tian lineage, and physician at the West China Health Science University in Chengdu, China. This year, starting in September, Portland ICEAM is once more offering the Jingui Yaolue sequence of the Canonical Chinese Medicine Training in Portland, OR. Dates and registration details can be found on the Registration page.
