For all seminars the following applies:
Cancellation before May 1st, 2011: 100% refund
Cancellation between May 1st and August 1st, 2011: 50% refund
Cancellation after August 1st, 2011: No refund
In the unlikely event ICEAM has to cancel the seminar, full refund will be made.

Deposit Towards Full Program
To reserve a seat for the whole series. Full registration at regular rate is required no later than August 1st at which time the deposit will be applied to the outstanding balance. If reservation is cancelled before May 1st, then full deposit refund. If reservation is cancelled between May 1st and August 1st, then $100 refund. If cancelled after August 1st there will be no refund.
